Geeez, wouldn't you know it. I post the message to have everybody order
and I start getting calls saying the 800 order line isn't going through.
SO I call up and they say everything is working fine. A couple more
calls to the 805-726-3545 number saying they can't reach the 800 #
prompts me to call them again. Anyway, it seems they had fouled
something up for those people not calling locally, and they assure me
that you can all get through to the 800-764-8696 order line within 30
minutes (probably working by the time you read this), but JUST incase it
still isn't you can call the other number and get through. Sorry to
those who have already placed subscription orders and had to go through
all of this.
